Directions to the Inter-Mountain Fairgrounds

 Coming from South of Redding
Driving on I-5 through Redding, CA, take the Hwy 299E to Burney/Alturas Exit. Travel approximately 75 miles northeast on Hwy 299E to McArthur, CA. The fairgrounds are located on your left as you enter town.

 Coming from North of Mt. Shasta
Driving on I-5 through Mt. Shasta, CA, take the Hwy 89 to McCloud Exit. Turn left on the Dana/McArthur Scenic Route A19, which is approximately 5-7 miles past Bartle. Travel on this road for approximately 20 miles, then turn left at the historic white Glenburn church. This road will take you to the edge of the fairgrounds.

 Coming from West of Susanville
Traveling west out of Susanville on Hwy 36, turn right on the Hwy 44 Redding/Mt. Shasta turnoff. Travel approximately 50 miles and turn right at Hwy 89. Travel to the Hwy 299E junction and turn right. Then, continue northeast on Hwy 299E for 17 miles to McArthur, CA.

For an alternative route out of Susanville, take Hwy 139N approximately 60 miles, then take a left at the A2 cutoff road to Bieber. At Hwy 299E, take a left and travel 15 miles to McArthur. The fairgrounds will be on the right side of the road in town.

Always locate the fairgrounds by finding the large American flag 1 block north of Hwy 299E. This is the home of the Inter-Mountain Fair.
